Charges/Payment
1. What are the charges for Infant (child below 2 years), children (below 12 years) and adult who like to opt out from the Spa package?
 
Infant is charged @ S$20 per pax.
Children (below 12 years) are charged @ S$75 per pax
Adult without spa is charged @ $75 per pax

What is the charges for an extension night?
 
Extension night is charged at $45 per pax per night including complimentary breakfast
   
3.
How do we make payment?
 

We accept ATM Transfer or I-Banking.  For corporate accounts, you may make payment by cheque payable to “Bath Essential Pte Ltd”.

We only accept cash and cheque payment at our office, our operating hours are as follows:-
Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm
Saturday  9am to 1pm
We are closed on Sunday.

What is the CHECK IN time and CHECK OUT time for KTM resort?
 

The standard CHECK IN time for  KTM resort is at 2pm (Batam time) and CHECK OUT at 12pm (Batam time). Spa Villa will arrange for early check in (upon arrival) subject to availability of the rooms.

What are the facilities of the resort?
 
The facilities are available in KTM resort:

3. What are the fittings/amenities of the rooms?

Spa

Can we upgrade the spa treatment of the package we choose?
 
Yes, you may upgrade the spa treatment and top up the difference base on the price listed in the Spa Menu under Services.
   
2.
How will the timing for spa treatment be arranged?
 
Generally, customers can choose their preferred timing for the spa treatment during non peak period (Mon-Thur). During peak period (Fri-Sun), the spa schedule will be arranged on first-come-first basis based on the date of booking.

How long is the ferry journey to Sekupang, Batam ?
 

The journey to Sekupang Ferry Terminal is approx. 45 minutes

Since Batam island is one hour behind Singapore time, you will arrived approx. the same time as you depart for Singapore.

   
2. Is our booking online a confirmed reservation?
  No, our staff with liaise with you upon receipt of your booking request, the confirmation of booking is subject to ferry and room availability.
   
3. How many days advance do we need to do the booking ?
  We advise booking be submitted at least 1 week prior to the departure date during off peak period and 3-4 weeks in advance for peak season (public and school holidays).

Rooms and ferry seats are subject upon availability at the time of booking.

What is Visa on Arrival?
 

The Visa On Arrival Policy was imposed by the Government of Indonesia wef 1st February 2004
Counties/Nationals eligible for a free 30 day pass (Visa-free Facility) are:-

•USD 25.00 – Valid for 8 to 30 days
•Overstay – USD 20.00 per day

Passengers that require Visa On Arrival (VOA), please take note of the following Procedures :

  • Before arriving at the designated airport or seaport, fill in the arrival/departure card. This card serves as visa application form.
  • Upon arrival at the destination, go to the bank counters available, pay the visa fee.  Please prepare the exact amount in USD
  •   Proceed to the immigration checkpoint for clearance.
